Frequency of Coherence

When you spend an extended period of time on the sea, whether voyaging or working, you will be exposed to the constant rocking of the waves; they are the language the sea chooses to communicate with you. In a way, the sea opens its arms, emits its waves as greetings, and awaits you to respond. As an animal of the land, your first inclination might be to struggle against the waves, but if you embrace them, you can slowly build a line of communication with the sea. At first, you will constantly notice the waves and may become seasick or dizzy because you do not speak the language of the sea, but after a certain point, you will get acclimated to it. The waves will still be present, but you will just rock alongside them because, by this point, you have become a part of the sea. Without conscious thought, you start keeping a constant line of communication with the sea; you understand it and it understands you. In other words, you start existing in the same frequency as the sea, you have found ‘the frequency of coherence’ of the sea. The frequency of coherence is not unique to the sea, it is a state of being, and there are infinite frequencies of coherence; the sea’s is just one among many.
Neither finding a frequency of coherence nor staying in it is easy. You cannot remain in the same frequency forever once you enter it. Just like you, the world around you is ever-changing, and frequencies of coherence of different entities change in tandem. Therefore, you must constantly struggle to adjust to the new frequencies. Imagine you return to land after years at sea and go to bed at night in your apartment. You will not be able to get a good night’s rest because you will rock like you are still at sea. You might have found and lived in the frequency of coherence of the land before going out to the sea, but that frequency changed while you were away. Even if it stayed the same, you changed when you became one with the sea; resulting in you losing coherence with the land. Therefore, you, being coherent with the sea, need to recalibrate to the frequency of the land. Still, this does not mean you need to forget a frequency of coherence to learn another because your life is the sum of such frequencies you come to absorb. You just need to get acclimated to the new frequency -in a way, update the frequency within you- if and when you find one that resonates with you.
Such frequencies are not limited to physical spaces. They are present in every aspect of life, and all emit their own frequency of coherence. Just like how each relationship, whether personal or professional, has different dynamics than the other or some people speak English while some speak Turkish due to their birthplace. This is also why you cannot stand some people while you get along swimmingly with others or in some jobs you become miserable while in others you thrive. This is perfectly normal. It just means that your frequency does not resonate with the situation’s. Still, you can choose to force it to merge with your own frequency, but when two (or more) frequencies that do not match merge together, these frequencies will be disrupted and sullied. This will forever alter your frequency of coherence, and you may never be able to purify it ever again.
In other words, every entity has a frequency of coherence unique to themselves, even you. Throughout your life, you will collect various frequencies of coherence that resonate with you and these frequencies will then merge to form a unique frequency of coherence that will define who you are. Shaping your character, principles, lifestyle, routine, and the way you conduct yourself. This will inform everything about you so that you can use your unique frequency -whether subconsciously or deliberately- to look for things that resonate with you to progress in life—for example, a partner, a child, a job, a hobby. However, if you choose to ignore what your frequency is telling you or forcefully alter your frequency by merging it with unsuitable frequencies, your life can and will turn miserable. In simple terms, this would be akin to forcing yourself or being forced to do things just so that you can earn money, be accepted by society. This will eventually lead to the disruption of your frequency of coherence, maybe forever; resulting in you never realizing your potential or turning out as someone who hates themselves. This is why you need to take steps to get to know who you are, your unique frequency of coherence, even though it is ever-changing, so that you can make the distinction between what resonates with you and what distorts your frequency of coherence. Then, you can nourish it, protect it, and guide it through the challenge that is life itself. And it will do the same for you.
